Job description

Responsibilities

• IT Support - Support the restaurant outlets and office users with all IT related matters (POS / SOK, laptops, printers, and CCTV). Handle POS menu keys creation and revision. Troubleshoot IT issues and implement technology solutions to enhance business efficiencies. Coordinate with software contractors for maintenance and second level technical support.
• Project Coordination – Work closely with team members to ensure timely execution of ongoing projects.
• Data Entry and System Maintenance – Perform data entry work related to various e‑menu systems and manage delivery platform settings and maintenance.
• Emergency Support – Standby for emergencies and critical support requests after regular work hours.
• Process Improvement – Propose recommendations to management for improving efficiency and productivity in outlet operations, ordering systems, HQ, etc.
• Company‑Wide Technical Support – Provide technical support across the company.

Intermediate Work (Middle Management Duties)

• Assist in setting up new store – supervise contractors for setup of POS / e‑menu / SOK / CCTV / network.
• Assist in IT inventory management and monitoring data backup.
• Assist in IT administration (paperwork & documentation).
