Job summary

A digital solutions company in Singapore is looking for an IT support professional to provide user-centric services. You will be responsible for on-site and deskside support and troubleshooting endpoint devices while ensuring a smooth digital experience for employees. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS and macOS, and excellent communication skills.

Overview

About the Role: End User Services is the frontline IT support team responsible for ensuring a smooth digital experience for all employees. This team focuses on delivering user-centric services, supporting day-to-day IT operations, and measuring success through service-level objectives and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and deskside IT support at the HQ and various remote locations.
  • Set up and configure laptops and desktops, including BitLocker and FileVault recovery processes.
  • Perform troubleshooting and deployment of endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
  • Use remote support tools (e.g., BeyondTrust) to assist users effectively.
  • Participate in rollout projects such as OS upgrades, tech refresh, and security tool implementations.
  • Communicate clearly with users across different departments and levels.
  • Carry out other related IT support duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in desktop, field, or end-user IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with endpoint encryption tools like BitLocker and FileVault.
  • Familiarity with remote support platforms such as BeyondTrust.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with users at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
