A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Part-Time IT Staff to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations of digital platforms. The role includes troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and supporting website updates. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in IT and preference will be given to those with 1–2 years of IT support experience. We are looking for a Part‑Time IT Staff to provide technical support and maintain our IT systems, ensuring smooth daily operations of the agency’s digital platforms and internal systems.
Provide basic IT support to staff (hardware, software, email, system access).
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues.
Assist in maintaining recruitment systems, CRM/ATS, and cloud tools.
Support website updates and coordinate with external IT or web vendors.
Ensure data security and confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Perform system checks, backups, and basic IT documentation.
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing).
1–2 years of IT support experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking.
Familiarity with cloud systems and online platforms.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Available on a flexible or scheduled part‑time basis.
