Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize customer feedback, tracking issues and providing updates.
• Offer remote operational guidance and on-site training for equipment use.
• Collect and organize after-sales issue reports, classifying problems.
• Provide internal technical support and assist with data statistics.
• Improve workflows to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Reproduce defects, collaborate with R&D for quality improvements.
