IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• To carry out installation, upgrading and maintenance of hardware and software
• Assist in daily IT Department operation
• Experience in MS products, Win10, Windows Server, VM, PABX, VoiP, Networking, SCCM & BYOD.
• Experience in Warehouse Equipment, label printer & WMS systems
• To provide network system and desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services
• To ensure minimum Systems downtime
• To respond to trouble calls, 1st and 2nd level IT Support
• Maintain IT inventory of Hardware/software/licenses
• To ensure smooth implementation of Projects, liaising with vendor and manage contract
• Able to conduct briefing / training to in-house staffs
• Good planning, analytical and trouble‑shooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi‑task and work independently
• Experience in remote support across Asean Region
• Must be a team player
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor
