Role Description

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal users on all IT-related matters, providing timely technical support and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and email accounts
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required
  • Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, and data backups
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Provide on-site IT support to office and production users when needed
  • Assist with IT projects and system improvements as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
  • Familiar with hardware troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
