  • Supervise and manage day-to-day IT operations and support activities.
  • Lead and guide Teaching and Non‑teaching staff.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure of the school, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Provide escalation support for complex IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Plan and implement IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and improvements.
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, licenses, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
  • Support management with IT‑related planning and recommendations.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations, with supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
  • Experience with server administration, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems, IT asset management, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple IT issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and problem‑solving capability.

Working Conditions – On‑site facility‑based work and may require working beyond normal working hours.
