Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee IT project management and act as technical liaison to internal staff, outside vendors, and suppliers for IT issues, activities, development, and maintenance of information systems at Lentor Health.
Scope Of Work
Your essential functions and responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
IT Management
- Responsible for administering and regular maintenance of all existing IT infrastructure such as the network, servers, desktops, laptops, and backups.
- He or she will manage, support, and troubleshoot all hardware and software applications based on all end‑user computing systems such as Desktop, Laptop, and handheld devices.
- Maintaining hardware and software inventory records for audit and asset management.
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Inputting and tracking IT support cases.
Project Management
- Active participation in IT related projects.
- Assist in gathering and analysing end‑user requirements.
- Implement change requests on application enhancements when require.
- Perform UAT, troubleshooting and tests on the required systems to various project stakeholders.
- Provide application support in post implementation and maintenance support for existing systems.
- Monitor project status and prepare project status report to various stakeholders.
- Assist with any other duties related to the IT projects.
Cybersecurity, PDPA & Compliance
- Apply hands‑on cybersecurity practices including endpoint protection, patch management, user access reviews, and secure configuration of devices.
- Support monitoring of security alerts, vulnerability findings, and antivirus / EDR dashboards, escalating issues where required.
- Assist in security hardening for servers, laptops, and network equipment (e.g., MFA, password compliance, encryption, firewall rules).
- Participate in incident handling activities such as initial triage, evidence gathering, containment steps, and documenting incident reports.
- Assist with PDPA compliance activities including data classification, secure handling of personal data, and adherence to Lentor Health’s policies.
- Work with the IT team to support internal / external audits, security assessments, and risk management exercises aligned with MOH, AIC, and Health Information Bill (HIB) requirements.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in application testing including designing, implementing cases and reports.
- Knowledge of IT integration within any healthcare system will be a plus.
- Sound knowledge of various Microsoft Productivity Suite
