Responsibilities

• Perform IT System Day-2 operations including incident management.
• Support system testing and diagnose defects.
• Ensure clear communication with teams, customers, and vendors.
• Manage procurement activities for COTS licensing.
• Coordinate resolution of technical issues with vendors.
• Review workflows and recommend improvements.
• Plan preventive and corrective actions to meet SLAs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform IT System Day-2 operations, including incident management and fault isolation.
• Support system testing by diagnosing defects and providing remediation or workarounds.
• Ensure timely, clear communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Manage procurement activities, including COTS licensing and support renewals.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Review existing business workflows and system functionalities; recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and engineering support to meet project SLAs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Advantageous experience or knowledge in Project Management frameworks (e.g. PMP, ITIL) and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
