Responsibilities:

• Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team, managing all local and global IT infrastructure activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee new deployments, life cycle management, system support, and application maintenance for IT infrastructure components.
• Ensure quality control in system design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and set priorities based on allocated budget and resources.
• Establish and maintain sound procedures and best practices for efficient team operations.
• Work closely with global service teams to formulate and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and monitor system performance to ensure stability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
• Supervise, guide, and develop team members through training, mentorship, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e‑commerce or manufacturing IT systems.
• Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills.
• A proactive team player with leadership capabilities and strong problem‑solving skills.
