• Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud CSP Licensing
• Cloud Admin-as-a-Service (CloudOps Lite)
• Infrastructure Management-as-a-Service (IFMaaS)
• End User Computing Management-as-a-Service (EUCMaaS)
• Network Management-as-a-Service (firewall, WiFi, SD-WAN)
• M365, Azure, Exchange service packages
• On-prem to cloud transition services
• Hybrid infrastructure managed services
• Own the full As-A-Service product portfolio across Cloud, Network, End-User, and Hybrid Infrastructure domains.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer demand, market trends, and organisational strategy.
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales with product positioning, customer pitches, tender submissions, and commercial structuring

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, ITIL, or equivalent is advantageous.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, cloud services, managed services, or IT commercial roles.
• Experience with CSP subscription management, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), and IT managed service offerings.
