Position: IT Executive

Salary range: $3,000 - $5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, office phone system, and network-related issues
• Perform hardware/software installations, upgrade and troubleshooting
• Maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, and software licensing compliance
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Perform regular system health checks and ensure backup procedures are in place
• Assist in design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and ongoing IT improvement projects and digitalization initiatives
• Collaborate with the internal software team on testing and integration of tools or applications

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid knowledge in networking, Windows / Linux OS and hardware troubleshooting
• Able to support various hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, smartphones)
• Proactive, resourceful, and good at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
