Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Setup, install, maintain, and upgrade PC, hardware, software, LAN, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issues as well as Microsoft 365, standard software, and in‑house applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network services for clients.
  • Assist with administrative support for enterprise user account management and networking services under senior IT management.
  • Participate in and support IT‑related projects.
  • Undertake any other duties within the job scope as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Hands‑on experience in desktop and laptop hardware support.
  • Adherence to internal IT processes with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills in user account setup and management.
  • At least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a technical field with experience in on‑premise IT support services for over two years. Candidates with a background in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, or IT are an advantage.
