Job description
Responsibilities

1. Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for application issues/incidents

2. Analyze administrative workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation across departments

3. Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the application or infrastructure team for troubleshooting

4. Plan and manage the development and implementation of IT solutions and applications

5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation / knowledge base to ensure support, maintenance and recovery of all IT systems, including system descriptions / configurations, change management, policies & procedures

6. Maintain correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources.

7. Conduct end‑user training

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

2. 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or infrastructure support.

3. Familiar with data platforms, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools

4. Hands‑on proficiency with SQL scripting, Power Automate, Power Apps, HTML/CSS, and workflow design tools

5. Working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

6. Knowledge of RPA tools is an added advantage

7. Experience in project management.

8. Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

9. Fast learner and willing to new technologies.

10. Strong communicator in both oral and written form.

11. Team player
