Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage Microsoft Windows Server and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in IT, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, and strong cloud services management skills, especially in Azure AD and Office 365. This role involves troubleshooting, user account administration, and liaising with vendors for IT-related matters.

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Update server patches
  • Users Account Administration Azure, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft office 365 suite
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventories (hardware and software).
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding IT-related matters.
  • Day-to-day IT helpdesk support (Setup New PC, Install software applications and CCTV)
  • Server Administration and Network/Firewall/VPN maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors for the provision of end-user support.
  • Procure and install IT equipment and services.
  • Provides system documentation.
  • Assist in the ad-hoc project and any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in IT or related principles
  • Min 3-5 years hand-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment;
  • Knowledge of managing and configuring cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365 services, Exchange services, Dymamics 365 and endpoint services
  • Excellent troubleshooting skill, and setup experience in computer hardware
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Self-initiator on performing tasks
  • Resourceful and responsive
