Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, network administration, and system maintenance. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Support and Maintenance

• Assist in the procurement of hardware, ensuring that the company has the necessary equipment for its IT infrastructure.
• Document the system in the lab and create a comprehensive network diagram for the lab environment
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network‑related issues
• Develop, maintain and improve existing and new local application systems, tools and Inter & Intranet environment to meet local business needs with a relentless customer satisfaction focus.
• Maintain and support client hardware and software environment in compliance with Local, Regional and Global standards, strategic policies, guidelines, procedures for ensuring the continuous of business activities.
• Support IT Service Desk so that IT could timely feedback to user's incidence calls and give them support for users troubleshoot problems.

Site Project and Installation

• Establish and set up inventory system for the customer
• Support the team in the installation of the project, ensuring completion ahead of schedule.
• Assist on the system migration of the company’s product, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption
• Execute virtual machine migration processes to enhance overall system performance

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related filed
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in application/data system with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments and development including Web Application environment, SQL query (Database experience is a must), proficient in utilizing virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper‑V, strongtechnical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity
• Proficient in utilizing virtualization technology, specifically Hyper‑V.
• Technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Experiences of providing end user support with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting customer expectations, providing excellent customer service, and delivering quality and timely resolutions to support incidents and problems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• This is a contact for 1 year (The completion bonus will be based on performance, and a potential extension is possible based on business needs)
