Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join our Singapore team. This roleprovides hands‑on support for IT systems and network infrastructure. Theindividual will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance ofIT hardware, software, and network devices, support troubleshooting efforts,and ensure accurate documentation of IT and network activities. Continuouslearning through training and self-study is encouraged to build technicalproficiency in IT and networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Provide on-site or off-site IT maintenance service.
• Assist senior engineers with system troubleshooting, system upgrades, and deployment projects.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation ofall installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, includingnetwork diagrams, test reports, and equipment inventories.
• Participate in training programs and self-study to enhance knowledge and skills in IT, Cloud and networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills in networking technologies. Training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
