Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate as a pivotal member on Agile/Scrum teams in application/system implementation projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between client and Temus teams.
• Work closely with clients to gather, refine, and document functional, integration, and user interface requirements.
• Influence clients' thinking and guide them in adopting leading/standard practices, approaches, and processes.
• Lead clients through the system implementation cycle, including planning and executing testing, migration, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide timely and accurate project status updates and proactively esate project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client facing role.
• Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum setting for technology development and implementation projects.
• Bonus if you know what COTs means and have experience with it.
• A team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Self-motivated and able to work in demanding situations with changing priorities.
