Job summary

A leading commodity trading conglomerate in Singapore seeks an IT Admin to support its operations. You will communicate with vendors, provide IT resolution, and cooperate with teams on IT concerns. Job description

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the system vendor about our needs for the system and request improvements by putting together our reasoning for each function.
• In addition to present systems and functions, this job must provide IT resolution counsel for the organisation.
• Maintain communication with our shareholder and consultant, and set up the necessary documentation.
• Cooperate with other teams to address any IT-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the system provider and communicate with other divisions to determine the IT requirements.
• Work with outside IT vendors to prepare and keep an eye on key systems for the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
• Good knowledge for coding (C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL Server, My SQL, Python), not mandatory but preferred
• Good knowledge for IT Securities - Able to arrange proposal sheet / RFP for company
• Coding (C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL Server, My SQL, Python), not mandatory but preferred
• Ability to make efficient outputs, including Tableau dashboard
• Ability to suggest the mitigation for IT risks (Both system risk and security risk)
• Credible communication and presentation skills.
