Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years working experience with VMware/Linux, RHEL, NTP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience in operation of VMware/Linux, MySQL DB.
• Work 12 hours rotating shift for a 24x7 cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive service monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet service level KPIs.
• Provide Tier 2&3 support for service issues.

Skills

Troubleshooting DNS Caching

Knowledge of IPV4/IPV6 protocols

Redhat Linux operations

Scripting in Shell/Python/Perl
