Overview

We are looking for 5 highly motivated individuals to groom into our next generation of leadership positions.

Salary range up to $7,000 per month depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Expand business contacts and increase client base for the company.
• Perform financial needs analysis and add value to the client’s objectives.
• Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across various wealth spectrums.
• Front end sales related role with a focus on handling client’s investment portfolios and updating on market movement.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
• Attend investment talks monthly (fully paid by company).
• Leadership training to identify talents to lead a team of trainees after 1 year of training.
• Organize and invite clients for investment events.
• Keep abreast of current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Remuneration Package & Benefits

• Thereafter, remuneration based on basic + commissions. ($7,000 upwards)
