A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Interior Sales & Site Assistant to support the Director in managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales. This role includes handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, assisting in site coordination, and maintaining communication with clients and the internal team. A diploma in Interior Design or a related field and basic AutoCAD knowledge are required for this position.

Qualifications

Interior Sales & Site Assistant to Director

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm / Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Salary Range: $2500 – $3200 (depending on experience)

Job Purpose:

To support the Director in managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales, assist in site coordination, materials proposal, and be a right-hand assistant in both sales and project execution

Responsibilities:

• Handle HDB renovation and carpentry sales inquiries
• Prepare and present basic quotations and proposals to clients
• Assist in site supervision, coordination, and follow-up on daily site activities
• Support material selection and preparation of sample boards for client presentation
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal carpentry workshop
• Maintain communication between clients and internal team throughout the project
• Understand AutoCAD plans
• Support the Director in administrative, coordination, and planning tasks

Requirement:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field
• Experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works preferred
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Willing to travel for site meetings and coordination work
