Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a 3D Designer/Drafter (Interior Fit Out) in Eunos, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in design and at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in software such as 3D Studio Max, Vray Renderer, Sketch Up Pro, and AutoCad. Responsibilities include producing detailed CAD/Revit drawings and collaborating with architects. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $4,500 basic with performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrial design, commercial, interior or exhibition.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior fit-out CAD/Revit drawings.
• Check and understand drawings/illustrations provided by Architects/Design consultants.
• Able to work independently and deliver works within given timeline.
• Generate interior architectural shop drawings packages for client approval.
• Maintain proper records and updates of drawings.
• Involved in site survey and measurements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Proficient in 3D Studio Max

Proficient in Vray Renderer

Proficient in Sketch Up Pro

Proficient in AutoCad

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

Good knowledge in carpentry

Bilingual English and Mandarin
