Responsibilities

• Source, select, and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and other design elements that complement the overall design concept.
• Processes creativity, flair and passion for interior design and able to provide creative design solutions for projects assigned
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, revisions, and ensuring that their design expectations are met. Address any design-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to coordinate the implementation of design projects
• Work on multiple projects and with the design team on developing and creating good designs based on client’s specification, budget and schedule.
• Proposed materials usage for projects.
• Work within stipulated timelines
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring that design specifications are accurately implemented and quality standards are met.
• Perform other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD
• Minimum 2 years experiences in design and project and site management.
• Able to handle projects from design to construction.
• Strong in design concept & detail drawings
• Committed and driven to succeed.
• Able to multi-task, adapt and quick on feet to handle challenges to work with tight deadlines.
