Contract Duration: 30 Months

The Interface Manager is responsible for construction and commissioning activities during the integration phase of a major offshore asset. The role ensures alignment across multiple construction sites, consistent execution standards, and minimal carry-over work.

Main Functions:
  • Lead construction and commissioning for integration activities.
  • Ensure alignment across construction sites.
  • Promote efficient Mechanical Completion closure.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy and execution plan for integration.
  • Define construction specifications and systems.
  • Guide fabrication and site managers to maintain technical integrity.
  • Establish subcontractor lists and contracting conditions.
  • Optimise construction organisation across fabrication and integration sites.
  • Coordinate subcontracting matters with the client as needed.
  • Lead construction teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Escalate construction and interface issues to the PMT.
  • Approve construction deliverables.
  • Identify schedule assurance and acceleration opportunities.
  • Manage construction benchmarks and performance reporting.
  • Set and track performance targets with fabrication and integration sites.
  • Conduct forums and performance feedback reviews.
  • Align expectations with internal execution functions.
  • Coordinate construction community communications and workshops.
  • Support compliance initiatives with fabrication facilities.
  • Introduce relevant new industry practices.
  • Oversee loadout and heavy-lift planning.
  • Plan and schedule integration scopes to meet commissioning windows.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree or technical qualification.
