Job summary

A leading insurance company in Singapore seeks a candidate for administrative support in the Insurance Department. Responsibilities include liaising with customers and insurers, maintaining records, and handling motor insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have a GCE 'O' level certificate and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above.
  • Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, Comgi, PGi) will have an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding quotations.
  • Properly update transactions into the system.
  • Maintain high service standards and accuracy in documentation.
  • Handles motor insurance sales.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties on motor and general insurance.
  2. Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers with regards to new/renewal quotations and issuance.
  3. Proper updating of transactions into system accurately and keeping up-to-date records.
  4. compliance with industry practice for documentation and records.
  5. Handles motor insurance sales.
  6. manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
  8. Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
  9. Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
  10. Ensure requirements of the customer and the company are met.
  11. Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above.
  2. Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working Hours

Mondays to Thursday: 0900hrs to 1815hrs

Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs

One Saturday per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs
