Job summary

A leading marine engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for Module Fabrication Yards and FPSO Jaguar. Responsibilities include maintaining and preserving FPSO process, utility, and safety instrumentation. Candidates should have proven experience or qualifications in Instrument Engineering and preferably possess offshore experience. This role requires knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and safety standards, particularly Permit to Work regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and/or qualified in Instrument Engineering.
• Desired CompEx course.
• 3 years' experience with offshore experience preferred.
• Experience with hydrocarbon processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining FPSO Process and Utility instrumentation.
• Ensure safety instrumentation is preserved.

Skills

Proven experience in Instrument Engineering

Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems

Good knowledge of Permit to Work standards

Education

N/SVQ/HNC/HND in Instrument Engineering or local equivalent

Tools

CompEx certification
