Join a growing team where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our institutional business across the APAC region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, shape strategic partnerships, and influence the firm’s sales growth in an evolving and competitive market.

You’ll work closely with brokers, banks, hedge funds, and other institutional partners, identifying new opportunities and providing tailored trading solutions that meet their evolving needs. By leveraging your knowledge of financial markets and your ability to build trusted relationships, you will help strengthen our position and deliver impactful business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, banks, hedge funds, and other institutional partners across your assigned regions.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, drawing on your market knowledge and network of contacts.
  • Provide clients with relevant trading solutions and support across products and opportunities including FX, CFDs, and derivatives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, working with core internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to position the firm competitively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering feedback, ensuring service quality, and enhancing long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to team initiatives by suggesting process improvements, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.
  • Report on business opportunities, pipeline progress, and performance to senior management.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets (FX, CFDs; exposure to shares is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at senior levels and a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and confidently.
