Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an Internal Operations role involving coordination with teams in Singapore, Japan, and the USA. Responsibilities include providing customer support, entering data into CRM systems, and assisting sales personnel. Requirements include a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, and 2-3 years of inside sales experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with service parts teams to obtain customer quotations.
  • Resolve issues and queries for internal and external customers.
  • Enter service parts quotations and orders into CRM & ERP systems.
  • Provide Service Parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
  • Assist all other sales personnel as required.

Job description
Internal Operations
  • Coordinate with Singapore, Japan & USA service parts teams to obtain external customer quotations and clarifications for off-shore inquiries.
  • Consult with both internal and external customers to resolve issues & queries
  • Enter service parts quotations and orders into the company’s CRM & ERP systems.
GS Sales Support
  • Provide Service Parts quotations and necessary clarifications in response to customer inquiries via telephone, fax and email
  • Review and firm up Commercial terms aligning to Company guidelines
  • Interaction with the Group’s aftermarket sales to the customers, sales representatives, agents, etc. to insure healthy customer relationships.
  • Assist all other sales personnel as required.
Customer Support
  • Provide necessary technical and commercial clarifications to customers, as may be necessary
  • Assist customers with basic parts requirements for normal apparatus maintenance. Recommend stocklevels for critical components.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers on all quotations not pursued by the field sales force, and provide status reports as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant insides sales experiences
  • Proficient in MS Office
