A leading staffing firm in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries and maintain relationships with accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering, at least 2 years of experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Position Details

• Position: Inside Sales Representative / Officer (Steel/Alloy-SAP)
• Location: Near Somerset MRT
• Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Salary: Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturer of stainless steels and alloys

Main Responsibilities

• Process inquiries and enter customer orders
• Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers’ needs
• Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone
• Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom and market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside Sales person.
• Maintain effective working relationship with Outside Sales person and all other cross-functional personnel
• Adhere to all company policy, procedures and work rules
• Perform special assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.
• SAP or ERP experience will be a added advantage.
• Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
