Job scope

In-house sales: Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

Lead Generation and Qualification

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.

Client Engagement

Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services.

Order Management and Follow-up

Ensuring accurate order entry, providing timely follow-up, and managing the sales process through to completion.

Client Relationship Management

Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaboration with other teams

Working with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
