A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an Innovation & Test Manager to support innovation projects focusing on production automation and testing solutions. The role requires project management skills and a degree in engineering. This position offers cross-functional exposure and mentorship opportunities in advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Innovation & Test Manager l located in Kallang, Singapore.
Support innovation projects focused on identifying, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of cutting‑edge solutions in relation to production automation and functional testing within our manufacturing operations of Power products.
Drive AI innovations and develop system support and tools for collection and analyses manufacturing data.
Be on the forefront and consistently research AI applications.
Engage with global teams/vendors/industry experts to benchmark and research best practices, adapt new technologies, and scale successful solutions across operations.
Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable implementation, improve throughput, quality and reduce manual labor through automation.
Analyze data to identify trends, failures, and improvement opportunities.
Develop business case of solutions and analyze ROI and cost‑benefit analysis.
Collaborate with factory teams to pilot and validate new automation or test solutions, from concept through to deployment. Contribute to the design of scalable and modular test systems for validation.
Assist in developing and deploying automated production systems using robotics, PLCs, and/or IoT etc.
Develop and socialize plans to integrate solutions into production systems post successful pilot tests.
Assist in creating project proposals, technical reports, and executive summaries. Define and align measures of progress (KPIs) and establish a regular accountability cadence to demonstrate timely progress.
Cross‑functional and international exposure to power technology, product management and operations.
Practical experience across automation engineering, test development, data‑driven decision‑making, and lean manufacturing.
Mentorship and training from both technical leaders and strategic stakeholders.
A platform to grow into roles in advanced manufacturing, industrial innovation, or operational strategy.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
Project management skills to coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about innovation in manufacturing, automation, and problem‑solving.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to design processes to meet current and future needs.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience through academic projects, internships, or co‑ops related to automation, robotics, or testing.
Willing to travel or relocate for rotation assignments.
