About the Role:

Join my client as a Project Coordinator for the Infrastructure Vulnerability Management (IVM) program. This role focuses on coordinating the regional Vulnerability & Compliance Management project, supporting IT Operations across APAC. You will work closely with the APAC Production Security team, driving governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency in vulnerability remediation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the regional stream of the global Vulnerability & Compliance Management project.
  • Establish and improve governance, processes, and procedures for IT Operations.
  • Oversee vulnerability scanning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support remediation activities and risk assessment for security vulnerabilities.
  • Report project status to global, regional, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials and conduct awareness sessions on IVM tools and reports.
  • Contribute to compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and internal policies.
  • Provide KPIs and progress updates to the IVM APAC Steering Committee.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT security, with a focus on vulnerability and compliance management.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nexpose, Tanium Comply) and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH are a plus.
