Qualifications

• At least have working experience in managing or maintaining servers in a virtualized environment.
• Administer cloud platforms to provision resources and manage instances.
• Good experience in Oracle database administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of Operations, Service Levels and Contract Administration.
• Manage the escalation processes for incidents impacting services.
• Support user projects involving infrastructure acquisitions.
