A local service provider in Singapore is looking for an Indoor Sales Support to identify new sales opportunities and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include bringing in new clients, responding to inquiries, and preparing sales proposals. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, and is proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Title: Indoor Sales Support (ID1681)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm. (5.5 days work week with Saturday working from home if required)
Salary: $3000-$4000
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales quotations & proposals
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business growth areas.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team on promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in Supply chain/Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
