Immigration Consultant (Sales-Focused)

We’re looking for a Sales-Focused Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this consultative role, you’ll guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives — applying for Permanent Residency (PR) or Citizenship — while helping them navigate the process with confidence and clarity.

If you're persuasive, people-oriented, and motivated by performance and purpose, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct consultations with qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling
  • Evaluate eligibility and recommend tailored immigration strategies
  • Convert leads into paid clients through value-driven, consultative selling
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing honest, high-quality service
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with the processing team
  • Track performance and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for sales and conversions
What We're Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in consulting, education, finance, or banking preferred
  • Prior experience in immigration consultancy is a bonus
  • Confident, articulate, and a great listener — someone who builds trust easily
  • Results-driven with strong closing skills and a passion for people
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only
