Job Description: Immigration Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on Singapore immigration pathways, managing applications, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Engage and follow up with leads from various channels (walk-ins, referrals, online enquiries).

  • Conduct consultations to assess clients’ eligibility for PR, work passes, long-term passes, and other immigration programmes.

  • Present service packages, handle objections, and close sales.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Provide guidance throughout the immigration process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

  • Work closely with the processing team to prepare documents and submissions.

  • Administrative & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of consultations, sales, and client documentation.

  • Ensure all applications comply with ICA/MOM regulations and company SOPs.

  • Assist in after-sales service and support.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

  • Good command of English; additional languages are a bonus.

  • Professional, confident, and client-focused.

Compensation
