Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6-10 years' experience in IDM, Oracle Identity Management, DBA, AWS, Security and Compliance
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platforms
- User Provisioning and Account Management: Skills in managing user accounts, including creation, updates, and removal, to control access to systems and data.
- Protocols and Standards: Understanding and implementing identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, along with concepts like Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Knowledge of managing accounts with elevated privileges to prevent misuse.
- Networking and Security Concepts: Understanding of network security, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and VPNs.
- Cloud Security: Familiarity with securing cloud environments, as cloud-based systems are widely used for data storage and business operations.
- Scripting and Automation: Ability to use scripting languages like Python or PowerShell to automate IDM tasks
