Job Description
  1. Contribute to the distinctive ethos of the school by embedding the mission in all areas of contact and responsibility, in relationships with staff and pupils.
  2. Support the HOD/ICT in managing school-based initiatives.
  3. Provide ICT technical support and assistance.
  4. Research and recommend procurement of ICT or AV resources and infrastructure.
  5. Manage user accounts of administrative portals (Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc.).
  6. Manage helpdesk requests: password resets, device loans, troubleshooting, application installation/deletion, and servicing.
  7. Perform diagnostics for computing and AV devices.
  8. Support stock‑take of ICT assets and stores with the IT Support Team.
  9. Manage loans of school equipment, insurance for defects during warranty, and related logistics.
  10. Maintain periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
  11. Perform recordings for events, lessons, and competitions.
  12. Set up and support AV for events, assemblies, and meetings.
  13. Take charge of AV management and maintenance.
  14. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Principal, VP, HOD/ICT, ICT Manager/Associate.
