We are a fast growing company dealing with Environmental products, looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an IAQ & Mold Inspector.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IAQ & Mold Inspector to join our team in supporting healthy indoor environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting contamination, assisting with remediation strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Indoor air quality testing, mold inspections, reports, sometimes sampling, client visits.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, HVAC systems, and construction sites
  • Collect and analyze samples (air, surface, bulk) using approved protocols
  • Use moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect potential areas of concern
  • Document findings and prepare comprehensive inspection reports
  • Assist in developing remediation and prevention plans
  • Educate lients and stakeholders on risks and recommended actions
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices
🎓 Requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Building Inspection, Occupational Health, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in indoor environmental quality or mould inspection preferred
  • Familiarity with sampling tools and lab analysis procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly
