Job description

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective talent acquisition, enhance employee experience, and foster a positive and harmonious workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, and hiring approval processes.

  • Handle salary proposals, conduct market benchmarking, and manage job offer issuance and contract preparation.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking recruitment progress for reporting and manpower planning purposes.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs and outreach events.

  • Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events (e.g., staff welfare programmes, company functions, recognition initiatives, teambuilding sessions).

  • Conduct employee surveys and assist in developing action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction and organisational culture.

  • Work pass administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements
