A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support HR functions, particularly in recruitment, employee engagement, and operations. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition and workplace satisfaction. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and has strong organisational skills, with a degree in HR management or a related field preferred. Knowledge of HR analytics tools is an advantage.
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective talent acquisition, enhance employee experience, and foster a positive and harmonious workplace environment.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, and hiring approval processes.
Handle salary proposals, conduct market benchmarking, and manage job offer issuance and contract preparation.
Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking recruitment progress for reporting and manpower planning purposes.
Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs and outreach events.
Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events (e.g., staff welfare programmes, company functions, recognition initiatives, teambuilding sessions).
Conduct employee surveys and assist in developing action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction and organisational culture.
Work pass administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Customer service–oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong data analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or HR analytics platforms.
IHRP certification is preferred.
