Overview

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: North Bridge Road

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team and support the HR team in its daily operations. If you have a passion for people management, employee relations, and organizational development, this role is a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database with all relevant personnel information
  • Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring all issues are managed fairly and in line with company policies
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and other administrative forms
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies to ensure a safe and lawful workplace
  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive working environment and strengthen team cohesion
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma and above
