Overview

Our client, BXTE Pte Ltd, is a Singapore-based company, specializing in the wholesale of metals and metal ores, as well as providing land transport support services. They are currently seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations with the use of HR systems.
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
  • Support managers in training, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and reporting requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, wholesale, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
