1. Compliance and Policy
  • Support HR in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Help with preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and records.
2. Training and Development
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development.
3. Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Help manage and resolve minor employee issues or complaints.
4. Administrative Tasks
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and reviews.
5. General HR Support
  • Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR generalist Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to provide HR advices to the business in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
