  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies.
  • Coordinate and implement development programs to strengthen employees’ skills and competencies.
  • Support regional performance management processes and promotion cycles through regular monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters and designing improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Ensure all HR initiatives and deliverables meet company guidelines and comply with relevant employment laws while supporting business operational needs.
