Job summary
A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking an HR executive to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage various HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management, have 1–2 years of relevant experience, and have a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of the Infotech HRM system is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job postings to coordinating interviews and selecting the right talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule and manage interview processes.
- Handle onboarding processes to give new hires a warm and seamless start.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Build lasting partnerships with ITEs and Polytechnics for internship and graduate hiring.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
- Contribute to HR projects and support various people initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
