A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to oversee and manage a full spectrum of HR functions. Key responsibilities include work pass administration, daily HR duties from recruiting to onboarding, handling payroll, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will coordinate hiring processes and ensure compliance with governmental claims. This position offers exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, issuance, renewal, and cancellation
Carry out daily HR duties from recruiting to on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, confirmations, resignations and all HR related matters
Handle monthly payroll
Maintaining Employees’ records in HRMS, including but not limited to, employees’ profile, leave applications, entitlements and daily attendance
Ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NSmen claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) etc
Handle all employees’ inquiries on HR related matters
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior when requested or assigned
