Job Summary

You will analyze recruitment needs and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives to secure top candidates aligned with business goals. Manage employee work pass and compliance processes while administering employee benefits and compensation claims to support workforce stability and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze recruitment needs and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract and select candidates aligned with business objectives
  • Manage work pass processes including application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate security bond arrangements and dormitory accommodations for new and existing employees to support workforce logistics
  • Navigate foreign embassy procedures to facilitate visa and passport renewals for employees
  • Organize repatriation logistics for work pass holders in compliance with company policies
  • Apply knowledge of local employment laws and work pass regulations to maintain legal compliance
  • Administer Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims and manage work-injury special pass applications and cancellations to support employee welfare
  • Utilize Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations
  • Oversee Primary Care Plan management for work pass employees and assist with employee medical benefits administration
  • Maintain and organize personnel files and HR network folders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Support management in conducting the annual employee appraisal process to facilitate performance evaluation
  • Liaise with training centers to coordinate employee development courses and training programs
  • Assist with payroll administration processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Review and renew company insurance policies, licenses, and memberships to maintain operational compliance
  • Evaluate existing HR policies and recommend improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience
