Job Summary

You will support the Human Resource Manager with daily HR tasks including processing leave applications, managing payroll, coordinating onboarding, and handling ad-hoc duties such as assisting with IR8A, IR21 forms, client invoices, vehicle matters, and childcare leave. You will apply your knowledge of MOM rules and regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Process leave applications accurately to support employee attendance tracking
  • Manage payroll tasks to ensure timely and correct salary disbursement
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to facilitate smooth new hire integration
  • Assist with preparing IR8A and IR21 tax forms to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Handle client invoice processing to support financial operations
  • Manage vehicle-related administrative matters to maintain company assets
  • Support childcare leave administration in line with company policies and MOM regulations
  • Apply knowledge of MOM rules and regulations to ensure HR compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned to support team needs
