Update new worker details (passport, bank account no, work permit) in payroll system and worker particulars folder
Carries out computation of workers’ payroll and data entry in payroll system
Assists in the preparation of costing report by keying in the cost allocation in the payroll system
Prepare and coordinate worker's work permit application / renewal / cancellation
Administer and coordinate worker's leave application and approval
Carries out prompt update of worker's daily movement report
Carries out scanning and filing of worker's documents
Carries out periodic check on worker's passport expiry date / CSOC / CoreTrade
Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Human Resource / Business Management or related field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR field
Familiar with work permit application
Good team player and interpersonal skills
